Anak ng DAR chief: ‘KAMI ANG SINUGOD AT SINAKTAN!’
Who the hell was he anyway?!?!
We can see that he's just so proud. And people elected him as the mayor. Well, a public servant. What a shame to our country..
And in Abante Tonite's site, i saw this.
Well, judge for yourself!
It's just so "EEEWWW"
Pride is taking over them and it's just plain rude.
Here is the rest of the story if you want to know more. [click here!] And if you please, spread the news.
I hope this reaches the media para mabigyan ng justice yung pamilya nila.

Eco-Friendly Water-Powered Clock Blue
This clock is powered by water!
The epitome of a greener gadget.
With sustainable design and practical function in mind, this Eco-Friendly clock is actually powered by the very salt and water mixture that occupies 70% of the earth’s surface!
Without the need for batteries, the Eco-Friendly clock keeps perfect time as electrodes harvest energy from the water.
All you have to do to make the clock run is fill its tank up with tap water and depending on the particles that are in your water system you may need to add a small amount of table salt.
We also recommend that you cut a lemon in half and squeeze some lemon juice into the water tank.
This procedure will enhance the power generated by the clock and make it work more efficiently.
You need to change the water in the tank every so often and add water when it evaporates.
The clock has a memory function that remembers the time as you change the water. Save on the cost of buying batteries! Measuring approximately 4” high and 3.5” wide, this playful yet eco-conscious timepiece is truly what’s next in going green.
Do your part and participate in the fight against global warming today!

I Do Not Love You
or the arrow of carnations the fire shoots off.
I love you as certain dark things are to be loved,
in secret, between the shadow and the soul.
I love you as the plant that never blooms
but carries in itself the light of hidden flowers;
thanks to your love a certain solid fragrance,
risen from the earth, lives darkly in my body.
I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.
I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride;
so I love you because I know no other way
than this: where I does not exist, nor you,
so close that your hand on my chest is my hand,
so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep.

Unexpected Twist
- 1:45am -- finish na sa New Moon. OKAY will just be an understatement. It's simply more than that. =)
- I woke up at 6:45am and even just opening my eyes required great effort. Damn! I'm too weak to even think of waking.
Luckily or unluckily [for my slumber's sake], Sir Embalzado was late. He made it at 9am and Plastic discussion followed (group discussion)...
we had lunch at Lasang foodpark...
- 12:30 -- study for Mechanics.. I'll be doomed! :(
- 2:30 -- Time for Mechanics but no sir Larida yet..
- I think he arrived at 3 or 3:30pm and we proceeded to room 247T. [No permanent room, just settled for the available ones.]... We had a little discussion.
- 4:30 -- Time seems inevitable and so time's-up moments had its claim. The exam, I haven;'t studied well enough to survive that dreaded instant. But, to our surprise, it was like our Thermo, open-everything-you-can-open exam, which amazingly translates "legal cheating." It's not as bitter as it sounds, though. [well, for failing student's sake!]
I really coudn't grasp a thing and I hold myself responsible for that, since Mr. Larida clearly demonstrates thorough knowledge about the subject. It's probably me, I'm the problem here (mostly, if putting aside his "absenot" label). I easily got distracted, to the extent that the room started spinning as he spoke. ha ha ha!
I'm good at other things, nevertheless! :)

Exam-ful Day =(
- 10:30am -- having Advanced Stat! sir gimena, as cute as ever! hahaha.. I just can't find it in my mind to focus. My mind is so occupied by the exams ahead. so much that it started to spill out.
- 11:30am -- answering sample 4 in chapter 11.
- 11:50am -- Publisher for IE Elec [lec]... boring! Always boring. It's something constant.. :(
- My mind wanders a lot. Now it's heading to my bhaus. I see myself reading New Moon. I can't wait for edward to return, miss him so bad like i was bella. =(
- Thermo exam was a so-so! The first number, I didn't know. I just peeked in Mikyu's answer and so I got close to the right one, just close though.. But I managed to get perfect for the second number, or so I believe. It was open-book-open-notes exam and I got the 2nd one in my notes. :)
- 2:40pm -- [busy] Having oral exam in accounting...

My Happy Thursday
- 3:10pm - Having Advanced Math, I can't understand a word, might as well ditch class, but i can't. I'm only counting on my attendance to pass... =(
- Eugene texted that we meet in ayala for us to meet Nelson. But after a couple of minutes, there's a change of plan..
- I could still feel the aftermath of the heated discussion an hour ago and I can't think straight. I'm furios in a way. Still furios..
- 4:15pm - We were on our feet for a walk--long walk actually--looking for a make-up artist (har har!). As we head our way south, in front of Cheaver's, we met Engilbert. Well, we're extremely surprised. We did the catching up talking and stuff. We missed him, really. You know, not having seen him for quite a century already. He looked almost exactly he same, except for the evident fact, he got healthier.
Jollibee was the closest dessert haven, so we went there. We talked and laughed, like we always did, [oh yeah!]-- like we always do, I should say. Most of us got sundae, so to speak... We had fun. :]
Going home was like bursting the bubble, but we had to. Jeff, Leslie and Shalee had to head further south. And I, Mikyu, Jo, Yo, and Bert went back to the school's direction. I had to go to Hyperlink and Bert to his friends' flat.
Eugene waited for me at Hyperlink and we surfed the net. I was having conversation with Leslie and Mikyu thru YM. But my mic or the headphone, I don't now, was not working well enough. My impatience elevated, so I decided to go home. I have thermo to study for. Well, I failed in my Mid-term, so I need to double up my effort for the last quiz tomorrow.

Thirty-three facts not disclosed in the book..
2.Fred and George Weasley were born on April Fools' day (no joke).
3.Ginny Weasley's first name is Ginevra, and she is the first female Weasley born for "several generations," says JKR.
4.Arthur Weasley has two brothers.
5.Molly Weasley's maiden name is Prewett.
6.Crookshanks is half Kneazle.
7.The infamous Weasley cousin who was cut from the books was named Mafalda. She was in Slytherin.
8.Dean Thomas's father was killed by Death Eaters when he refused to join them. Neither Dean nor his mother know.
Dean Thomas was named Gary in the first drafts of the Philosopher's Stone.
9.Hagrid, Lily, and James were in Gryffindor. (Hagrid was NOT in Hufflepuff.)
10.Hogwarts has about a thousand students. (True, that number doesn't seem right, but J.K.R. said so, and she's the boss.)
11.James Potter was a Chaser on the Gryffindor Quidditch team (although the movie claimed he was a Seeker).
12.Hermione's birthday is September 19th; Ron's is March 1st.
13.James Potter inherited lots of money and didn't need a well-paying profession.
14.James Potter inherited the Invisibility Cloak from his father.
15.Witches and wizards have longer life-spans than Muggles.
16.The Gringotts' goblins return the Muggle money they acquire back into circulation.
17.The approximate value of a Galleon is about five pounds ($7.30 or 8.00 Euro), though the exchange rate varies.
18.Dumbledore is 150, McGonagall is 70 (and is really an old softy; she just doesn't act like it), Snape is 35 or 36.
19.Hogwarts' school motto, "Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus," means, "Never tickle a sleeping dragon."
20.If placed in front of a mirror, the inscription on the Mirror of Erised ("Erised stra ehru oyt ube cafru oyt on wohsi") reads, "I show not your face but your heart's desire."
21.The happiest people do not become ghosts (12). (Therefore, we can assume that ghosts are people that died while sad, angry, etc. Myrtle was teased; Nearly Headless Nick didn't have his head completely chopped off; the Bloody Baron was...lonely?)
22.The Hogwarts teachers do not stay at Hogwarts during the Christmas holidays. However, Filch, Hagrid, and Dumbledore do.
23.A few of the Hogwarts professors have spouses, but that information is restricted for reasons we will find out about later. (5)
24.To remove the tail that Hagrid gave Dudley in the hut on the rock, the Dursleys went to a private hospital where the staff was very discreet, and said that a wart had gone out of control. (9)
25.Aragog is an Acromantula (see Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them). (6)
26.Dragons can't be domesticated, no matter what Hagrid thinks. (6)
27.There is more to the cats in the story (Crookshanks, Mrs. Figg's cats, Mrs. Norris, etc.) than meets the eye. (9)
28.The animal an Animagus turns into is a reflection on his/her personality. (8)
29.For Hagrid, keeping dangerous creatures is all about overcoming something that could kill him. (6)
30.Azkaban is in a sea north of the North Sea. A very cold sea. (12)
31..You can do unfocused and uncontrolled magic without a wand (like when Harry blows up Aunt Marge), but to perform really good spells, you need a wand. (5)
32. Muggle education is not required for wizard children prior to attending Hogwarts. (9)
33.A magical quill detects the birth of every magical child and records it in a book and Professor McGonagall sends an owl to each child when he or she turns eleven. (14)

I'm just thinking...
We have our Material science subject and there's something I learned. Once, we had this lesson about WOOD and an idea just hit me. I started to think that wood industry would be an excellent idea. Well, for the past years I haven' really thought of what I wanted to do, wanted to be, and future stuffs. I don't know, maybe this notion is for this time only but I just wanted to share. Yeah, I say it again, Wood industry would be great.
And maybe someday, oh! yes, one day I'm gonna be bragging about my company, a furniture maybe. I love things. I just love everything. And one day when I'm gonna build my own home, and you'll see my self-designed chairs, and stuff...
hahaha.. Now, I'm picturing my home. It would be as lovely, as picturesque as I thought.
hahaha.. Princesses sore high, right?! :)
I don't know. The idea just struck me and I wanted to write or something...
That would be all for now. I'll think of something worthwhile to post next time.. :D
I'll keep you posted, that's for sure...

Hakuna Matata!
Advanced Engineering Math is getting to my nerves so I'm setting it aside.. hahaha..
I was supposed to blog about my ravings yesterday, but my idleness got in the way. Anyway, chill na for now. I'm currently reading Slow Waltz in Cedar Bend by Robert James Waller. I got the chance to read his previous work, The Bridges of Madison County, and it was damn romantic so I decided to buy this hardbound thingy for only P40. Amazing. isn't it? hahaha..

A Bucketful of Corns
I'm back and i'm blogging again. I don't know how the thought started but it popped and I started typing in the address bar "blogger.com" XD
I wanted to keep this thing posted on my current whereabouts and stuffs like that but I'm kinda lazy at times and the keeping-this-updated idea remained only an idea. I don't know, I just can't find something to write and I'm even thinking that I'm not making any sense right now. hahaha. At least i'm thinking. XD
Anyway, there's this book, Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. I heard it from my friend, then I read reviews about it and that's it... I'm so fond of books (for the information of those who don't now me). I wanted to buy some but I'm living in poverty right now so I'm trying to keep my mind on other things. That includes making money. hahaha.. Heard about paid-to-click sites? Well, I'm on it and I'm desperate. And everybody in the group seems to swim in the same fondness.
Another thing...
Another academic year started about last month ago and along with that are the major subjects, the freaking majors. And I'm starting to feel the "real world" here and it makes my nose bleed. You know, the epistaxis thingy, I'm starting to feel it coming. It's another helluva semester. Yeah, I'm even thinking that last year's struggle needs doubling up and I can feel myself drowning with my frustrations. Especially with our advanced engineering mathematics. It's not even a major subject but I'm having so much difficulty with it and I guess my classmates are diving in the same sentiment. They say it's only, "mind over matters," but no matter how I mind-over-the-matter I still can't see the bulb light up. Oh God! It's not even blinking for God's sake. I, not only have a bleeding nose, but a cracking head as well. Crap!
Plus, we're having a seatwork on our Accounting tomorrow. I can't study right now. I don't feel like reading academic books at this moment, it makes the world swirl. XD
But I'm glad I have my friends to get by. We're all weirdos and we're unique. We laugh at our own mishap and laugh out more at our own corns-of-jokes. hahaha.. I'm laughing now. I can see the corn coming tomorrow. :D
XOXO, aimee

so pissed of...
i'm so pissed off... damn this day...
i was out while the sun was scorching hot.
the nagging heat was so intense and i had the feeling that i need to let this thing off my chest.
i wanted to yell... i wanted to scream... i wanted to shout my heart out!
i wanted to say something in particular but i can never find the words enough to define how unpleasant an emotion lurking inside of me. it's attacking me without prior notice (well i guess that's just how the way it goes).
the feeling is so inexorable... oh! good heavens...
how am i going to quench this crap.. i don't know if this thing is some sort of nostalgia or oblivion or whatever rubbish...
and if you'll ask me what the problem is... sorry deary! but i can never be sure right at this moment alone!
maybe i need more time to discern and to calm myself as well...
good thing i still have my cute and cuddly cheewee... =)

Love
1 Corinthians 13
Love
1If I speak in the tongues[a] of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames,[b] but have not love, I gain nothing.
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. 11When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. 12Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.28 March 2008
Sunset. Red was having a fight with blue and yellow as to whom should occupy the larger space of the endless sky.
Vast. The sea was trying to be calm amidst the strong wind.
Cold. Warm was being pushed away by the vicious coldness.
Gloomy. Happiness was trying its very best to overcome a stronger feeling named loneliness.
Me. I was at the middle of everything.
Me. I was watching at the sunset.
Me. I was one with the sea as it tries to be calm.
Me. I was shivering as coldness drives warm away.
Me. I was trying my VERY best to overcome this loneliness.

he's a freak, if you ask me.. conspicuously bad, oh! for student's sake... anyway, only the practical ones are really of use.. i mean, those matter-of-factly stated theories (i don't know if i said it right!), .. they're for what?? for board exams? but we don't have board exams... we IEs? we don't, for christ sake!... for our future field of work? haha, all can be learned through experience.. as they say, experience is the best teacher, right???
hahaha, there's not much i can say aside from "this is a helluva day!"
